Candice graduated from the Centennial College Massage Therapy program in 2005. She joined the Bellesmere Massage Therapy team in 2018. As a former competitive triathlete, she is passionate about injury prevention and optimal recovery. She has firsthand experience with the impact of sports injuries in the everyday life of clients. Her own chronic sports injury led her into a career of health and rehabilitation modalities to assist clients through their recovery journey from chronic injuries due to intense sports training and motor vehicle accidents.

Candice has worked in rehabilitation healthcare settings providing a range of services including Swedish massage, stretching, fascial release techniques, joint mobilizations, and trigger point release to help relieve myofascial pain and stress. She has taken her passion for this work to the classroom and has been teaching massage therapy at CCMH (Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy) since 2014.

Candice focuses her abilities to improve her client’s post-injury quality of life. She brings this motivation to both her practice and her classroom.
