David graduated from the Centennial College Massage Therapy program in 2016. He joined the Bellesmere Massage Therapy team in 2017. David utilizes his healthcare training and personal interest in athletic sports performance to help his clients live pain- free and active lives.
Through his own passion for sports, David has learned the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation in sustaining a healthy lifestyle. He practices a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, PNF (Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), passive stretching with joint play, Basic NISA (Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment) and Dynamic Taping to decrease muscle tension and increase mobility for his clients. His detailed assessment will help provide the right treatment focus for you.
David believes that no treatment is complete without proper assessment combined with self-care, including remedial exercises and stretches to help extend the benefits of your massage. When David is not working, he enjoys preforming his own set of remedial activities - from working out to playing sports and you can catch him going for runs around the city.
