Janice founded the Bellesmere Massage Therapy Clinic in 1995.
She combines Massage Therapy, Structural Integration and Visceral Therapy to resolve difficult and chronic pain issues. She specializes in treatments for traumatic injuries, digestive issues and surgical rehabilitation.
Michelle graduated from Sutherland Chan in 2011 and joined the Bellesmere Massage team in 2019.
Michelle has extensive experience in rehabilitating injuries and accidents. She has a special interest in working with women to improve breast health, not only for cancer survivors, but also issues related to pregnancy, breast feeding and PMS as well.
Sally is a graduate of Centennial College's Massage Therapy program.
She first fell in love with Massage Therapy while studying Kinesiology at York University. With the knowledge of Kinesiology, she applied to the Massage Therapy Program, seeking to combine her love of human kinetics and caring for others.
Grace So is a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Reflexology Therapist, Raindrop Technique Practitioner, Angelic Reiki Master and Advanced Somato-Respiratory Integration Practitioner & Educator on the 12 Stages of Healing.while also certified in over 25 health & wellness modalities.
Janet brings a variety of Swedish advanced techniques to the clinic, including fascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy and stretching to release restrictions and reduce myofascial pain. Janet is pursuing further studies in advanced fascial release and learning about how our aging population copes with Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
