Ammar Mohamed

Ammar pivoted from a career in marketing and IT to pursue a more fulfilling, personal, and connected profession. A deep intuition led him to Massage Therapy and he graduated from Sutherland-Chan School in 2025.

Ammar views Massage Therapy as a modality with which he can serve people. Through personal experience, he understands the grounding power of massage and its ability to help reconnect us with our bodies and deeper selves. Spirituality and meditation are central to his life, and he is deeply interested in the role massage therapy plays in embodiment, presence, and mental health.

He is also active in many sports, including basketball, hockey, tennis, and cricket, and loves trekking and spending time in nature. Some of his most meaningful memories include summiting Mount Kilimanjaro and trekking to Everest Base Camp.

Ammar looks forward to supporting clients in whatever way he can—whether that means addressing acute impairments or offering treatments that help people reconnect with themselves. His goal is always to empower others to live the life they want.
