Josh graduated from the Massage Therapy Program from Kikkawa College, with Honours, in 2021. He joined the Bellesmere Message Therapy Clinic in February of 2022.
Josh first discovered his passion for helping people when he worked with the Athletic Therapists of the Toronto Argonaut’s Football Club in the summers of 2017 and 2018. Here he was able to work hands on directly with injured athletes through their rehabilitation. He assisted these athletes daily in their management of pain and physical therapy to return to competitive play. Josh’s training in the Kikkawa College Teaching Clinic further strengthened this passion and allowed him to work with all manners of clients and musculoskeletal injuries.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Physical Activity from Wilfrid Laurier University (Honours) in 2019, Josh utilizes his movement expertise to educate clients on postural imbalances and remedial exercise to promote a healthy, active, and pain-free lifestyle. Growing up playing a variety of sports (football, hockey, badminton, volleyball, etc.) Josh has always appreciated the correlation between physical activity and good health. He wishes to share his knowledge and aims to work closely and openly with his clients to ensure their specific needs are addressed.
Josh is interested in pursuing further study in advanced myofascial release, visceral manipulation, scar therapy, and Graston therapy.
